The car sales to young people support is one of the opportunities, that are perfect for social communication tools, such as Facebook. The EURO RSCG agency and its client, the Peugeot automobile, were expecting a development of an effective tool to spread a message with both entertaining and motivating experience using a particular Peugeot product and the brand itself.
Our solution
Working with the Online Aliance association, we designed a car web game made for Facebook – virtual Tour le Mans races, which offered indirect experience with the main attributes of the Peugeot brand, and by direct competition between the virtual race participants, it supported the spread of information about the limited Peugeot 207 car supply.
Results
Without any other media support, the quality of our concept and precision of the realization Facebook application was enough to attract more than 56 thousand users from the target group in CR.
Because of this success, this application was used as a basis for other, similar projects and campagns within social networks in other countries.
