The company focuses on mobile media and the Internet and specializes in development of mobile and web applications. Thanks to the provided services the clients can integrate mobile and Internet technologies in order to ensure consistent company and marketing communication.
Parts of the provided services are the technologies and statistical tools necessary for full monitoring and management of communication campaigns that permit to the client to have accurate data about the effectiveness of their communications. iCom Vision Holding, a.s., offers complete service from the concept through the development to the implementation, the continuous monitoring and consequential technical support and care.
The high quality of provided services was awarded various times with important awards of innovation in area of development of mobile applications, such as for example the Creative Mobile Award 2003 and 2004, MMS TOP 2003 and The Best Mobile Solutions 2005.
Based on the decision No. 347/2011 of the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) from 22nd March 2011, the public trading with 1.000.000 shares of the company in nominal value of CZK 2,00 on an alternative market NewConnect was started on 23rd March 2011. The company is traded in the system NewConnect under the short name ICMVISION and under the label of ICM. The shares of the company are kept by the National Depository of Securities (KDPW) under the code CZ0008467735, on the basis of notification of ISIN about assignation by the Centrální depozitář cenných papírů, a.s. (=Central depository of securities) from 22nd February 2011.
Authorized adviser of the company for NewConnect is the company CMS ProAlfa (www.cs-proalfa.pl). Market creation on NewConnect, so called market animator, is provided by contract by the company CYRRUS, a.s. (www.cyrrus.cz).
