It was on Thursday, 28th august 2008. The day starts not so fine. The weather outside was very awful. It was cloudy and dizzying. When I looked in to my diary, my mood comes absolutely down. I found out, that it was day, when iCom Beach Wolley Cup had to happen. It was clear to me, that in case of bad weather, won`t be any volleyball. And that`s it, what should break me down!

When I came to work, I saw all my colleagues being a bit nervous. Their faces were full of expectation. Will the weather clear up? Will we play volleyball today? At 2 p.m., the weather was still a bit ugly. We all settled on, that right iComer is never giving up. So we, despite of weather, decided to go to Sports and entertainment facility – Na Korábě, where the tournament had to happen. The beginning was set at 15:00. Miraculously, few minutes before beginning time, sun rise up, and weather got fine. Everybody was very happy, because we could start play! :-)


It was playing life-or-death...we all played our maximum! Finally, the best couple was Janka & Jirka, who won the whole iCom Beach Volley Cup.
It was needed to get back all lost calories, so we continue our sport afternoon at local restaurant.
