Established service got a facelift! On 1. 6. 2007 iCom Vision has launched a new form of its solution for O2 customers, i.e. MMS Card. It surely is simplier and more intuitive than in past years. This service is brought to you in cooperation with CeWe Color, a. s. - Fotolab and will allow O2 customers to create a unique postcard and send it to wherever in Czech Republic desired. It is very easy and user-friendly, just shoot a photo and send it as an MMS to a given O2 number. |

iCom Vision in the cooperation with companies Microsoft and Anect held the seminar called the Mobile Office. The event took place in the Superoffice 2007 of Microsoft, where the three companies presented their solutions connected with the Mobile Office. iCom Vision raised interest by its mobile solutions of Wifi Roaming (phone calling from mobile through Wifi = calling for free), Business on Demand (getting information through SMS – verifying of invoices, groceries, on-line phone book) and MMS Fotolab (paper photo directly from mobile phone.) |

The marketing department has conducted the research among iCom Vision partners. We wanted to get better knowledge of our qualities and weaknesses seen from the eyes of the most competent. We expected better understanding of our partners` worries and joys leading to better customer-orientated approach. The results have made us happy. The majority of the addressed have came to the agreement on iCom basic characteristics – Professional approach, Speed and Flexibility. Our company was supplied with most recent, high/tech technology of IP telephony this week. The main reason being the fact, that current phone system is not effective enough. Voice signal is not compressed in any way and moreover the signal is being assigned statically, not taking into the account that users are speaking. Computer nets technologies are far more advanced and there is much more effective use of transfer cables. |

Mobile phones have becoming more and more integrated into our everyday life. Insurance company Union launched new service in Slovakia. Its customers are able to insure themselves over the SMS when traveling abroad or go skiing in the country. The service is very simple to use. A customer sends an empty SMS to the telephone number of insurance company. He immediately receives an SMS telling him next steps necessary for the insurance. Cost of insurance is ranging from 15 to 80 Slovak crowns, depending on purpose of travel. The service is payable directly from a mobile handset. |

Annual iCom Beach Volleyball Tournament |

The Traditional Beach Volleyball tournament took place in Beach Club, Pankrác. The competition was tough, as high prices were at stake. Eventhough everyone reached their limits, no injuries occurred this year. After the final match, the competition had a winner. It was an international team called Mi, and it surprisingly did not include iCom Vision CEO, Mr. Svihalek, who actually finished second. Each member of the winning team received unique and exclusive POMELO. The tournament was a huge success overall and teams have already started practicing for next year.
